SeaRock Developers Group is part of the Luthria Family headed by Kishore Luthria and Mahesh Luthria. The group was founded by (Late) Mr. Udharam Luthria in 1947, a visionary and great human being who dedicated his life to work and integrity. The Luthria family is indebted and pays tribute to its founder and mentor who lead the group in its core business of construction and property development for over 50 years now. Due to his business ethic, the group has always enjoyed a great amount of trust and loyalty over the years. The group has built over 5 million square feet of prime real estate in Mumbai. SeaRock Developers was orginated over 50 years ago, having construction and development expertise in complex real estate and development challenges. Shri U.B Luthria was a visionary of his times. From having the courage to build economy housing to building a 5 star hotel in the suburbs of Bombay, he had the ability to see his vision turn into reality. A completely self made man who changed his fortune due to his excellent work ethic which he has passed on to his future generations.

Kishore Luthria age 62, is Director of Group Companies, has decades of experience in the hotel industry. He Graduated with Honors in Business in the year 1981 from Long Island University, Greenvale, New York, USA. He also completed few courses from Cornell University, New York and Institute of Catering & Polytechnic‐Mumbai,He joined his family business in 1983. A year later he started Studio SeaRock a sound recording company. From 1985 to 1992 he was involved in real estate development business in US from 1986‐93. A. He returned to India in 1993 to expand India operations. Currently he is involved with family members in several businesses including real estate, legal and e-ventures of the group companies.

Mahesh Luthria was born in 1962. He did Bachelors of Business Administration in India and later completed a course on Hotel Management from Cornell University, New York, USA. He has served as Director on Board of Hotel SeaRock. Presently he serves as Director Tobusol and in charge of Real Estate development, construction, and Finance.
